Common questions

• How do I cancel my subscription? On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → KcalExpose → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Can I get my body photos back? No. Body photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded, so there is no copy to restore. Save your own backups if you want to keep them.
• How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and data from our servers permanently.
• Are the calorie numbers exact? No — they are AI estimates from a photo or description, and can be significantly off. Use them as a guide, not a measurement.
